Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow Matching conscious breath with mindful movement, this class is about sinking into deeper awareness and connection with our own inner rhythm and creating space for energy to flow.  Breath guides our body through asanas (postures) that gently build and then release into a final savasana (relaxation).  Based in traditional teachings, this class is adaptable to anyone.
All levels welcome.
